Welcome to AI Masterclass. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://aimasterclass.in ("Website") and your enrollment in our educational courses ("Services").

By accessing our Website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to AI MasterClass Education, located at Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
  • "User," "You," or "Student" refers to the individual accessing the Website or enrolling in the Course.
  • "Course" refers to the "AI Basics Course," "Master AI from Zero to Deployment," or any other educational program sold on the Website.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By enrolling, you represent that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Access

You will be provided with login credentials to access the Course materials.

Non-Transferability

Your account is personal to you. You may not share your login credentials with others. Sharing accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination without refund.

Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Refunds

4.1. Course Fees

All fees are listed on the Website (e.g., ₹44,999 for India, $499 Global). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect active enrollments.

4.2. Application Deposit

The ₹5,000 waitlist/application deposit is fully refundable if your application is rejected by the Company. If you are accepted but choose not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable.

4.3. "Risk-Free Trial" and Refund Policy

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course, you may request a full refund subject to the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of the Course start date.
  • You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

After this period, no refunds will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property (Copyright)

All content provided in the Course, including but not limited to videos, slides, code repositories, assignments, and text (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of AI MasterClass Education.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Content for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

Prohibitions

You may not download (unless explicitly permitted), record, reproduce, distribute, sell, or display any Content publicly.

Project Code

Code you write yourself during the course for your projects is your own intellectual property. However, the starter code and template repositories provided by us remain our property.

6. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

6.1. Learning Management System (Circle.so)

Our Course content, community, and discussions are hosted on a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) provided by Circle.so ("Platform").

  • Subject to Terms: By accessing the Course, you agree to comply with Circle.so's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Platform Availability: While we aim to ensure the Platform is available 24/7, we are not responsible for service interruptions, downtime, or technical issues originating from Circle.so.

6.2. AI Tools Access

As part of the Course, we may provide access to third-party AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT Plus, Claude, Gemini Pro).

  • Availability: Access is provided as a courtesy and is subject to the terms of service of the respective third-party providers. We are not responsible if a third-party provider suspends service.
  • Usage: You agree to use these tools strictly for Course-related activities. Misuse may result in revocation of access.

7. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

Our Course includes access to a private community and discussion forums on Circle. You agree to:

  • Be respectful to instructors, TAs, and fellow students.
  • Not post code solutions to quizzes or exams publicly.
  • Not harass, bully, or discriminate against any user.

Violation

We reserve the right to remove any student from the Course and Community without refund for violating these guidelines.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Educational Purpose

The Course is for educational purposes only. While we teach skills relevant to the industry, we do not guarantee employment, a specific salary, or a job offer.

"As Is"

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI MasterClass Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Course.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
